- Extended hot weather may require the delayed dispatch of your shipping to ensure quality. Please expect a delay in this instance.
- When sending a gift, we recommend you provide the Recipients Phone Number in the shipping details. We will only contact the recipient if there is an issue in gaining access for delivery. We will never send order information to anyone apart from the purchaser.
- We recommend NOT sending to PO Boxes. We're endeavouring where possible not to use Australia Post as they're experiencing delays, however if you send to a PO Box, it must be sent via Australia Post. Please therefore send to an Address where someone can accept the delivery and/or in checkout tick the box to allow the delivery to be left in a safe place.
- We will do everything possible to expedite your orders from our bakery but unfortunately can't control how StarTrack Express handle the delivery.
